How long will the yard card be in my yard?

The yard card will be setup for up to 24 hours. We setup the signs between the hours of 8pm the day prior to your rental to 8 am the morning of. Your display will be picked up after 8pm the day of the event.

Can I rent the yard card display for more than 24 hours? 

Yes, an additional day can be purchased for $25.00 *subject to availability.

Where will the yard card be setup?

We will setup the display in your front yard. Our displays can only be setup on GRASS. We cannot setup on your driveway, sidewalk, in rocks or mulch. If you have a specific location in mind where you would like the display to be set up please add comments in the notes section during checkout.

Can I choose what colors and items are in the display?

Specific color and item request are subject to availability. Our goal is to make this celebration a great experience. If you have any questions please reach out to discuss your specific request.

Do I need to do anything to prior to the day of install?

Yes. Please water your grass 12-24 hours prior to the rental period. All animals should be kept away from the yard cards throughout the duration of the rental period. Any lawn maintenance scheduled during the renal period should be rescheduled. Vandalized, missing, stolen, moved lawn display signs or damages that might be caused by but not limited to, flying debris from lawnmowers, animals, weed-whackers, string trimmers and individuals playing on or around signs and metal stakes will be charged to the card on file.

Can we take pictures?

YES YES YES. Please take as many pictures as you would like. Feel free to share and post on social media. #RapidCelebrationSigns

I am renting this card for someone else what do I need to do?

We love surprises… We install at night or early in the morning. We will be as quiet as possible, but sometimes people do get curious. For the safety of our employees please let an adult at the residence where the yard card is to be setup know that we will be coming.

Do I need to be home when you setup or pickup?

No, You do not need to be present during setup or pickup. Please do not remove the yard cards yourself. Damages caused by moving the signs will be charged to the card on file.

What happens if there is bad weather?

We will make every effort to install your yard card. If we cannot setup due to bad weather such as high winds, lightening, thunderstorms or blizzards we will either reschedule or provide you will a full refund.

LIABILITY

  • Rapid Celebration Signs and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the installation, rental and pickup time period.

  • Rapid Celebration Signs is not responsible or liable for any damage done to the lawn by the yard card display, for example: holes put in the grass, damage to underground sprinkler system, etc.

  • Rapid Celebration Signs is not responsible for local city ordinances violations, HOA ordinance violations or landlord violations.  Please check with your local city/town/HOA/landlords for any local ordinances in relation to yard card displays.

REFUND POLICY

  • Rapid Celebration Signs will refund your money in full if you cancel your rental at least 48 hours prior to your installation date.

  • Cancellation requests less than 48 hours prior to installation will be refunded at 50% or a credit to be used at a later date​. You may call, text or e-mail ​rapidcelebrationsigns@gmail.com​ to cancel a reservation​.

  • In the event of inclement weather, ​you will receive a 100% refund or a credit to be used at a later available date. ​Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, snowstorms, frozen ground, ice, heavy rain, high wind, and any other weather problems that would put us or our installers and/or lawn display in harm's way. We will do everything in our power to notify you of a potential weather cancellation 24 hours in advance.

  • No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address or no address posted on the house. An additional fee will be charged to move the display to the correct address.

  • No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

  • No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. Please advise us if it is a gated community prior to the event, you must provide a gate access code.

  • No refunds will be given due to any animals (i.e. dogs loose in the yard) that prevent the display from being set up.

  • No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control.

  • No refunds will be given if there is no grassy area located in the front yard and we are unable to physically set-up display (we must have grass, signs cannot be set-up on parking lots, driveways or concrete or on public property, etc.) We set up ONLY in the front yard.

  • No refunds if the homeowner, business owner or security officer prevents us from setting up or asks us to pick up the display before the end of the rental period is up.
